Andy established InsFuture Design in 2017. He has devise experienced across design, branding and innovation strategy. Previously, at Unilever design team, Andy took lead in innovation activities. As a business design thinker, he graduated from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, executive program.

Bonnard is a senior strategist with more than 16 years of innovation consulting experience. He has worked for Accenture China, Unilever, and Tangshuo Experience Consulting and led industry-leading new brand business strategy, digital product innovation, and service experience consulting projects.

 

冬梅是迎想设计的联合创始人。她曾为飞利浦、三星、ABB、海尔、雅培等全球领先品牌提供新产品设计和包装设计，通过用户体验创新帮助这些品牌提升竞争力。

 

Dongmei is the co-founder of InsFuture Design. She provided purposeful new product and packaging designs to global leading brands, such as PHILIPS, SUMSUNG, ABB, HAIER, Abbott and etc. She helped these brands enhanced their competitiveness through user experience innovation.

 

Crystal 拥有丰富的设计思维和实践经验，凭借灵活运用以用户为中心的设计方法，她曾在不同的跨国组织中，积累了超过 15 年的成功设计经验，以及 10 年的创新团队领导经验。 作为交互和体验专家，她拥有香港大学的工商管理硕士学位。

 

Crystal has more than 15 years of experience in applying design thinking and human centered design methods in diverse multinational organizations, includes 10 years of team leader role . She has an MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong.

 

Martin在研究、设计方面拥有8年专业经验。他作为设计顾问曾服务于ABB、飞利浦等国际领先品牌。他擅长创造性解决问题，将用户和市场研究成果融入全新设计理念。

 

Martin has 8 years professional experience across research and design. He worked as a design consultant for leading brands such as ABB, PHILIPS, and etc. He is good at creative problem solving, and integrating user and market research findings into design concepts.

 

在纽约普拉特学院完成学业后，Harry作为一名工业设计师加入了Insfuture。凭借他在用户研究、产品草图创意和原型制作方面的能力，他现在将自己的热情投入到商业创新项目的领域中。

 

Upon completing his studies at Pratt Institute in New York, Harry set forth on his professional path, joining InsFuture as an industrial designer. Drawing from his background in user research, product sketching, and prototyping, he now channels his passion into the realm of commercial creative projects.
